a)The Chamber shall assist its members in accessing cross-border trade dispute mediation and arbitration services for effective resolution of trade disputes.
b)The Chamber may provide guidance on dispute resolution procedures, connect members with mediation and arbitration experts, and promote alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
