a)The Chamber shall promote public-private partnerships (PPPs) for infrastructure development projects in collaboration with relevant government agencies and international organizations.
b)The Chamber may facilitate the formation of PPPs, advocate for supportive policies, and support members interested in participating in infrastructure projects abroad.
