a)The Chamber may establish committees as necessary to carry out specific tasks or initiatives, such as trade promotion, policy advocacy, membership, and events.
b)Committees shall be formed by the Board of Directors and consist of members who volunteer their time and expertise.
c)Committee chairs shall be appointed by the Board of Directors, and committee activities shall be reported to the Board.
